You might be wondering why I, a self-proclaimed fat girl, would make the move to being a fitness blogger. Well, let me tell you.

Fitness is fluid, at least in my opinion. It’s not as simple as just being fit or not fit. It’s a journey; with ups and downs, ins and outs, and sometimes around in circles. I am working hard on finding what works for me and what doesn’t. That will be a large portion of this section of Mad Mommy.

Also, fitness, for me, is not just about me; it is about us. It’s about my husband, my sons, and my family. We make an effort to stay active as a family and this potion of Mad Mommy will focus not just on myself and my fitness, but also our family.
